What's new in Threadline — daily digest email, onboarding checklist, pricing tiers, shared triage rules, snooze, archive, search and filter, team invites.
Team invites
Workspace owners can invite teammates by email and assign one of three roles. Pending invites show up in Settings → Team with a resend button, and the new member keeps their existing personal rules — workspace rules layer on top of those, never over them.
Search and filter
The inbox now has a real search bar and filter chips for status, label, sender, and date range. Filters compose — pick "Action items" + "this week" and you get the thread slice you actually scrolled in for. Results update as you type, no submit button.
Archive
Archived threads leave the inbox default view but stay searchable and one click away from Inbox. Combined with Snooze, this is the bulk of the "out of sight, out of mind" experience: archive the resolved, snooze the pending, and let the daily digest surface what truly still needs you.
Snooze and the Snoozed page
Snooze a thread for a specific datetime or a preset window (tomorrow morning, next week, when I get back). Snoozed threads hide from the inbox and reappear on the Snoozed page at the moment you asked for them — a single, predictable place where your deferred work waits.
Shared triage rules
Workspace rules are now first-class: write a rule in plain English and anyone on the team benefits on the next sync. Shared rules compose with personal rules, and you can preview the threads they would touch before flipping them on for the whole workspace.
Pricing tiers
Threadline is now offered on three tiers — Free, Pro, and Team — with monthly and annual billing on the paid plans. The pricing page surfaces what each tier unlocks and lets you switch or cancel any time from Settings → Billing.
Onboarding checklist
New accounts now get a four-step checklist on the dashboard: connect Gmail, write one rule, label two training examples, and review the daily digest preview. Each step has a short explainer so you know what unlocks when, and you can dismiss or revisit any step from Settings.
Daily digest email
Threadline now sends a single morning email summarising what landed overnight — new threads, items needing a reply, and anything snoozed back into view. It is opt-in and the delivery time is configurable, so the digest lands at the start of your day, not in the middle of a meeting.
